I was reading The Pioneer Woman’s post about iced coffee and I am sucked in. I should probably save all of my laundry to do at 1am, because I can see me swigging the concoction ALL freakin’ day.

The power of a panini

When I was younger, cheese was not one of my favorite things. I would eat pizza or mac & cheese, but not a cheeseburger or cheese & crackers. NOW….I eat it all. I am older and wider. Not wiser…WIDER. When I was younger, I also didn’t like chocolate ice cream, and I gave up potato chips for a whole year. I used to be smart. See that panini above? I am a sucker for a grilled sandwich. I think some of you might be too, so I selected a few yummy panini creations for you!
