A few months ago, I learned a fantastic sleep tip.  I have the hardest time falling asleep…my brain goes on overdrive and it keeps me up.  I cannot remember where I heard the tip, but I am thankful for it.  I roll over on my side, then I begin to count backwards by 3′s, starting at 300.  90% of the time, I can only remember ending somewhere in the low 200′s.  Every now and then, I start at 500 or I have to do it twice, but more often than not, it does right by me.  Do you have any tricks to help lull you to sleep?  Try this!
