Last year, I bought the kids their own umbrellas.  They love them and feel important when they carry their own.  However, I cringe.  Seriously, how many times do I have to remind them to hold them properly???  It ends up being a fight, and then I can almost envision myself hurling them into traffic.  The umbrellas I mean, not the kids.  My little dinky umbrella was barely covering my linebacker-like shoulders, so I decided it was time to go big.  I just ordered this golf size one and I love it.  It is huge, but won’t snap your wrist off while splashing around town.  I can easily give us all {well, not the hubs too} shelter when I am in a rush!  Prices vary, and so do the color choices.
